The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. Like any web server, the hosting platform records technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of the request) needed to deliver the pages and to protect the service from abuse. HVCC does not access these logs for any other purpose, and they are kept for a short period set by the provider.

Vercel acts as data processor under its Data Processing Agreement. Some support operations may involve transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

The site uses one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (English, Italian or Spanish) for twelve months. It is a technical cookie: it contains no identifier, it is not used to track you, and under EU rules it does not require your consent.

There are no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this site.

The "write to us" links open your own e-mail program; the site itself does not receive or store your message. When you write or call, we process your name, contact details and the content of your request in order to answer it and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quotation or a demonstration. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence.

We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the request and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or share it with third parties, except with our sister companies HV Trafo Solutions and Energy Solutions International when a request concerns them.

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above; we answer within one month.

If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated when the site changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
